I needed front end alignment due to some idiot running me into a curb. I called this shop, they worked me in the next day with an afternoon appointment. I was very impressed with both the manager and the owner. They are men of integrity and honesty. My car was aligned perfectly. They had coffee and bottled water, which is nice to see in today's world. I can't think of another repair shop that offers same. I am a very satisfied customer. I will gladly refer my friends to them. Professionalism at the highest order!

I recently had a breakdown very early in the morning on my way to Orlando Airport. My AAA advisor suggested Honest 1 repair neat the airport because of the very good reviews in her data base. I must agree. Woody at the shop took care of my repair and actually suggested my best option. I have a Mazda B 2500 truck that is no longer in production and really like it. Woody suggested a new engine as I had gotten 280,000 miles out of the original. It would have cost more to repair than install a new one. I am very satisfied with my new engine and the price paid to get me back on the road. Woody and his team did a great job.

I've never had such a great experience at a car care center. Everyone was actually super kind. The facility itself is pristine. They have a nice waiting area that is even equipped with a space for the little ones. Woody was extraordinarily kind, and they don't do the whole aggressive upscale thing that I've experienced at literally every other car place. I loved the entire experience, and I typically HATE dealing with things like this. I'll be back for all of my future needs!

Excellent service! This place really cares about you and makes you feel comfortable. They don’t force you into paying for unnecessary maintenance and only suggest completing what’s immediately required. Being someone who knows very little about cars, it’s always a bit intimidating to go to a mechanic. My check engine light came on and I had the error code checked for free at an auto shop who advised it was related to the thermostat. I stoped at another mechanic near where I live and they immediately started rattling off possible problems and the cost associated, not taking the time to explain why it was happening. I did a google search for other mechanics and stumbled upon Honest-1. I called and spoke with Woody who immediately was professional and put me at ease. He advised that the situation could me minimal but they would need to perform a full diagnostic. He was able to accommodate me in the same day, which was greatly appreciated. Upon pulling into the lot, Woody greeted me and we spoke about the issue. He went well out of his way to walk me through and explain the process. The check took about 30-40 minutes and thankfully it didn’t appear to be a major issue, but the mechanic did suggest some other work that needed to be done. Woody walked me through my options, explaining each one. It was nice to not be forced into making a decision, but rather be included in the decision making. The other repair was completed promptly and I was on my way. Thanks Woody and team for the great service! I will be back!

Because of the number of positive reviews for this business, I contacted Honest-1 Auto Care when my car had a major coolant melt-down. Woody is the man with whom all of my communication has been done, and he is kind, clear in his explanations, and is working with me to bring my basically sound 18-year-old car back into strong working order. He has been very compassionate and patient with all of my questions and spends whatever amount of time it takes for me to understand the processes necessary in the repair of my car. It was surprising that even during the holiday crunch my car was repaired within a very reasonable time. I also met Lee, the owner of the franchise, and he and Woody are excellent examples of Honest-1's concern for its customers. I sincerely recommend the quality of people and care of Honest-1 Auto Care.
