Orlando Auto Repair

While driving in Orlando my car began to experience trouble when accelerating, to the point my husband had to pull into a parking lot and I called AAA. I'm so thankful for their recommendation and that the garage was only 2 miles from us. We were immediately assisted by Woody who did a diagnostic test and determined we needed new spark plugs and coils. While waiting we were offered snacks, water, coffee and even set us up with charging cords for our cell phones. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and no garage smell at all!!! All staff is very friendly and genuinely want to take care of you. We were given a complimentary ride home as the parts would be some time once ordered and repairs completed. We live some distance but they had an employee available to get us home. So appreciated!!! Definitely recommend Honest 1and even consider the drive there for any future repairs!!!!

Woody and his team were the best! They went over my car , made recommendations and took care of my problems. I thought at a fair price for the amount of work that was needed.

Just left Honest-1 and was thoroughly impressed. The staff treat you as royalty and not once attempted to sell any unnecessary services. I have a new Nissan and always bring my vehicle to the dealership until I realized how they sell you dreams and act as if they're to busy for a loyal customer. Honest-1 is my new GO TO repair shop!

Great experience. Best customer service ever! The managers and the employees are awesome. It was great also because they have a nice area for the little ones to play, my son had some fun. I would recommend this place with no doubts.

Took my truck to these guys with 2 possible issues without an appointment. Woody took care of me. he understood that i needed to get back to work and also i needed my ruck for my work. When he called me back with diagnoses he helped me get the financing i needed for the repair. then on top of that they even had the repair done within a couple of hours, i have had oil changes from other companies that took longer. All in all i think i just found my families new mechanics.

The best Auto Care place I have ever gone to in Orlando! Honest, professional, knowledgeable service! Everything in the shop from the lobby, to area where cars are being repaired was impeccable, organized, and clean.
