Good service, wonderful lobby area. Doesn't feel like a lobby, but a living room. I had the a/c recharged and an oil change. They took the time to let me know what should be done in the next 16,000 miles for maintenance and gave me a plan to work on. The downside is that the shop is across town, but I will travel there. I trust these folks and highly recommend them.

A big P.S. A very important point Honest-1 Auto Care is not only a great place to take your car or truck for service-it is very, very clean and organized even the restroom. Anyway an important issue for me.

Excellent service, clearly explained the initial inspection results and repair needed and I was advised of total cost before work proceeded and completed. Greeted by Jorge and later by Woody-both men were helpful and nice and eager to answer ALL my questions with a smile. The complimentary shuttle service-wow-the van was clean and the driver (I did not get his name) was very nice and friendly. For the women-this is the place for us: no rip off here-explains the problem and takes care of it. And you'll know the repair charges up front. No repair is made without customers knowledge. A five star auto care center.

From the moment I walked up to the door, Woody the manager greeted me and made me feel right at home. I believe that the name of this place really says it all, plus their service is truly excellent. A friend recommended these guys and I drove a little out of my way to come here but it was well worth the extra trip. We will go back for sure!

I went to Honest1 today and left very very very satisfied, I was having problems with my vehicle due to another mechanic (not from honest1) problem and Jorge & the crew were awesome, very friendly and understanding of my situation and did everything to help me out. two thumbs up, I recommend this spot!
