Top notch customer service! Beautiful (and clean) lobby and restroom. Woody was friendly, no “high pressure” sales for myself or the other customers I heard him interact with while waiting-just plenty of helpful information so people can make informed decisions regarding their vehicle maintenance, and transparent on pricing & estimates. If I lived in this area, this place would be my go-to for sure!!

This is the best mechanic shop in Orlando. Very clean and nice waiting area. A belt on my car came off and had to get the tension pulley replaced. They ordered the part and they fixed it quickly. I will be going back to Honest 1 for my auto needs.

I get my oil changed from this place and this place only, I trust them completely with my car and just recently I had a flat tire and they didn’t hesitate to help me out with getting a replacement! Woody is great to talk to and Tracy is a great mechanic as well! My mom and I come here for all our mechanical needs.

Actually came unannounced on early Monday am because I scheduled an appt on Sunday for Mon and did not yet get the confirmation. I thought I would take a chance and show up and was pleasantly surprised at the reveption Woody gave me! He was very busy as you can imagine on a Mon am yet accommodated me beyond expectation. Great service, inviting and warm atmosphere, goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction! Very unlike other repair spots!! Thanks!

My son and I have had the best experiences at Honest-1-Auto Care. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and, as their name says, honest.

With 65,000 miles on my truck and a trip coming up I dropped my truck off for brake pads. Upon inspection the original pads didn't need replaced .No charge !!! Who does that nowadays? Only an "honest" shop!!! I'm a customer for life . These guys are highly recommended!!!

By far the best care car service I have ever experienced! Before I even got to the door, Leighton was already outside to greet me! We went over prices and what it was that I actually needed to get done and they were so helpful! They even have a shuttle to take you home while your car is being serviced, and bring you back when it's done. Woody and Simone took very good care of me in the office as well. I am grateful that I found this place!

Their service is better than any I have experienced. Oil change is great, no engine sounds whatsoever. Air condition is still working. I'd recommend then to anyone.

They did a fantastic job! I was recommended to be towed there by AAA and they made the horrible experience of car troubles, a smooth and pain and worry free one! Nice clean and comfortable waiting area, Woody and the team has amazing customer service and fair business practices, transparent and fair. They were able to fix my car within a few hours and I was back to work! Thank you again :)
