Super awesome great place I NEVER TRUST ANY MECHANIC!! But I gave the benefit of the doubt and I'm satisfied Woody is a good man and they take triple A you get what you pay for it's worth it

Best place I've been to. Josh at the front desk was great with me and got I everything I needed to.

First time using Honest 1 Auto which they have exemplified great customer service and genuinely cares for their customers. They will become our "family" go-to for any of our mechanical needs. Honest, Fair, Reasonable and Friendly!

Last week I had another problem with my car-I drove straight to Honest-1 to see Woody for help-this took place about 10Am. I was greeted with a smile as Woody said, how can I help? Two hours later my car problem was diagnosed, the repair made and I was home by a few minutes after 12PM. What a great test for any concerns that I had about Honest-1 and their ability to continue honest and fair service. Honest-1 passed 100% and Woody all I can say is what a nice man and ever so helpful. Thank you Woody.

Great job. Had to wait quite a while even with the appointment but they do good work.

Woody and the team there are great. We talked about what I was told was wrong with my car from another shop, they checked everything out and said most of the repairs were not necessary. They told me what they thought was wrong and took a step approach to resolving the problems. They were right on the money with their analysis. Good suggestions for parts. The parts prices were very high due to the 3 year warranty. Overall, great job and very nice team to work with!

I called Thursday 4/5 just to get a quote and Woody answered the phone. He was very polite, gave me a quote and asked me to come by when I had the time and they would look at my brakes. So Friday 4/6 I brought my SUV in to have the brakes and rooters looked at because I could feel that something wasn't right. After the mechanic looked at all of my brakes Woody gave me a pair of safety glasses, walked me out to my vehicle and explained/showed me what was happening with my brakes. He was very knowledgeable, then he took me back into the office gave me a reasonable quote, so I asked him how soon they could do the work and he said now, it should only take an hour and a half. An hour went by and my vehicle was done, Woody then walked me out to my vehicle handed me my keys and told me to have a great day! My overall experience was great! Thank you Honest 1 & Thank you Woody

Good service, wonderful lobby area. Doesn't feel like a lobby, but a living room. I had the a/c recharged and an oil change. They took the time to let me know what should be done in the next 16,000 miles for maintenance and gave me a plan to work on. The downside is that the shop is across town, but I will travel there. I trust these folks and highly recommend them.
