The team at this facility was fantastic! They not only was able to pinpoint the problem but fixed it in less than hour. It is alarm an added benefit that they offer a courtesy shuttle so you don’t have to wait. They’ve got a customer for life!

I was very pleased with their service. They charge a fixed diagnostic fee that is waived if you decide to proceed with the service. They walk through their findings with you and make their recommendations. Their price is reasonable, the quality of the repair is good, and they give you a 36,000 mile warranty.

Honest 1 is my new goal-to oil change station. All thanks to Eric and Joshua for their amazing customer service and person-ability. Eric is was real great with helping me out with what I need and not trying to scam unnecessary extras on me like the other places do. Thanks again!

I brought in my Infiniti for new tires. The whole team was wonderful. The price was great, but most importantly, they took their time to make sure that the tires were on correctly and well aligned. I was updated several times while they worked on my car. The wait was as expectedc but seemed short since it has such a chic and clean lobby. I honestly, recommend this place to anyone, who care about the quality of service, you will receive on your car.

Hi!...my name is John Ramos, by necessity I became a client of Honest-1. Although they are also a client of mine, you all know that having a vehicle no matter if it is a new or old one, eventually you will end up in an automotive shop. Many of us will take our vehicles back to the dealership and sometimes a neighborhood auto shop or to someone that fixes cars on the side to save some money. I can tell you that I was one to use a "mobile mechanic". Well, my SUV needed some TLC in the worst way. I took it to Honest-1 for an evaluation of what was going on with it.
