I have been a happy customer of Honest 1 Auto Care for some time now. They always provide professional service. I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Woody in the front office is a real nice guy and knows cars better than anyone I know. I always seek out his advice when it comes to issues with my car or truck. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be using them for my services.

Sent my daughter with her new car up for an oil change. In and out, great service, and speedy. As for Woody. He will make sure you are looked out for, i assure you.

So I got my oil changed at Honest-1 Autocare for the 1st time, 6 months ago. I must say that I love these guys and they provide great and comprehensive costumer service. They noticed that I have a Star Wars theme in my vehicle and left a little reference with a coupon. That's a great way to connect with your customers.

The day started out so great heading for Orlando MCO to pick up our relatives. We were approximately 200 ft from the arrival point when we encountered a very large steel cylinder in our lane. We had no where to go but to drive over it and the car immediately started smoking and oil was pouring out all over the road. We pulled over to the side and turned off the car. We then called AAA road service and they dispatched a tow truck and contacted the nearest AAA member service station, Honest 1 Auto Care, South Semoran. We were all shook-up, so worried about what had just happened and in addition we were concerned because we didn't know anything about the auto shop we were going to encounter, except that AAA sent us there. We met Woody who told us they would assess the damage within the hour. Woody and his staff checked out the problems and allowed us go to the car while it was on the lift so they could show us and explain what the damage was. We couldn't believe our eyes...there was a hole in the oil pan and part of the starter was missing. Woody immediately picked up the phone and called for all of the parts to expedite the completion of the job as soon as possible. While we were waiting there were other service transactions taking place and after listening to several other customers work through and resolve their auto repairs with Woody we knew that we were in the right hands and the right place. We can't tell you what a relief it was knowing we were in the best hands possible to resolve our crisis! Woody and Maria had such a calming effect, they answered all our questions with concern while we were in a very shook-up state. Woody even helped with getting the insurance adjuster there so we could get the car repair done and pick the car up on schedule. Confidence, Care & Expert Auto Repair Service, they are truly Honest-1 based on our experience. We would definitely return to Honest-1 should we need service in the Orlando area. Our car is working great and you would never know that it (or we) had gone through such an ordeal.

They were great! It was 1:30 when my truck arrived at there place. I informed them I asked if they could fix my truck by end of day as I am self-employed. They were able to accommodate me. Thanks all that made this happen.

Love this place! During a road trip from Daytona to Tampa, we found a nail in one of the tires. Drove in without an appointment and they got right on it. Good thing they did a free overall inspection because we also we needed new brakes and an axle boot replaced. Beautiful waiting area, clean bathroom, free wifi, snacks :) very friendly, honest and competitively priced.
