I have done business with these folks for some time now. I am a contractor with a local business that does some commercial window tinting with this business. I have observed over time how the staff and the owner Leighton handles things. Folks we have a true group of professionals lead by a man of integrity. The service was quoted and discussed before the crew started working on the car. The counter staff came back with suggestions that were totally up to me to make decisions on. The clerk even offered me a coupon saving me $25.00 off my oil change. The waiting area was sparkling clean, with self service coffee, beverages and snacks to enjoy while you wait. For FREE. The extra friendly staff was awesome. They have a super clean establishment that's kid friendly. Coffee, refreshments and snacks are available while you wait and are FREE. My service was comparable to other auto shops except my counter clerk got me a coupon for $25.00 off my oil change and that I wasn't expecting, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I went to Honest-1 as a walk-in. Although they were busy, Eric found time to have my car seen. It turns out that my work may be covered under a warranty. Thanks to Jay who did the research. I appreciate that they provided me the information and did not try to push me into getting the car fixed but recommended I go to the dealership. I appreciate honesty in business. It says a lot about there business ethics and integrity. I will definitely return and refer my others.
