HATED IT! I went in & let JR at the front desk know that my ac was out & another company sent me to them as an outsource. I mentioned that I previously had my ac fixed with a dealership. He says, “well you have to take it back to them”. I let him know that I believed it was my ac blower again but wasn’t sure. That I had the paper work to compare after diagnostic. My warranty would have covered the diagnostic fee & we would have known for sure if it was the ac blower or another part. But instead of hearing me out JR preferred to go back & forth about him being the General Manager & knowing the rules. Once I got to the dealership, They ofcourse asked if I knew exactly what it was because if it wasn’t the blower, I’d have to pay $295+tax for the diagnostic. Which could have been avoided if JR would have took in my vehicle & atleast ran the test, I’m sure even if it was out of pocket, it would have been less than $300. I did prefer not to go back to him in the end because he was so argumentative instead of helpful…. I didn’t want anything messed up purposely on my car (it happens). I knew it was going to be a mess because when I told him who sent me & that I had an appointment at 2 he laughed and said “oh so you don’t have an appointment, & you can’t wait for it, it’ll have to stay and idk how long it’ll take”. Yeah, no I did NOT like this place because of Mr. JR General Manager! He may be nicer to others but on this particular day he was bitter, argumentative, & wanted to make sure I knew he was G.M. I have no problem listening to the professionals, but before he could even use his skills he was rude.
Jessica, I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations and were not successful in giving a clear explanation of our process to you.
