My name is Naylin Lwin and I have been a customer for awhile. Six months ago I had NEW breaks installed with ALL my rotors RESURFACED. In September I had a full diagnostic done and found all the items I needed to repair or replace to maintain the quality of the vehicle. With all my bills and babies I decided to first start with doing the work necessary for safety. This involved replacing both control arms,wheel bearings, new front tire balance and alignment, ect, costing a total of $1,308.00. That's alot of money! When I left that day the front of the vehicle would slightly shake when I used the brakes. I knew the technicians had test driven the car so I thought maybe it was something that would eventually adjust itself and go away because of all the work I did on the front end. Finally I had to come in because of how much the vehicle shakes every time I apply the brakes. I've been wanting to come in ever since that day but I have not had the time. Having to handle my new job, 3 children, my mother having an illness, life has not allowed me the opportunity until today to have the time to come in. I was VERY upset when the sales lady who did not know what was going on with my car started to tell me I had to change all the rotors and have all new brakes installed with fluids replaced. This would cost $862.85. The other sales adviser stepped in to help. Only to upset me MORE. I had him review my sales history to see that I got all my brake work done 5 months ago and it did NOT vibrate BEFORE I came in the the last time. He said "yeah that can happen if you only resurface your brakes and not replace them". ARE YOU SERIOUS!?. I'm so disappointed because I thought I could continue a long honest relationship with your store because vehicles always need work and its hard to find someone to be "honest". No longer will I come back to your store to continue services for my Lexus. And my review will definitely be posted with this dissatisfied experience.

Excellent Experience so far! I had been to the Dealership earlier to get a quote and they were charging me hefty amount for the same job. I did some research work online and found their contact info from RepairPal and AAA. The front desk lady and the service advisor Victor have been very helpful and honest people just like the name of the shop. Hopefully if everything goes well, I'm not going back to the dealership. I rather come to Honest-1 Auto care for all my car repair.

Best customer service ever in an auto care center. I went for an oil change and they check my whole car for the same price!!! A++++ Hector the mechanic was amazing and the office crew super friendly.

I am an Honest-1 customer and again the level of service that I received yesterday was above and beyond. I stopped at a 7-11 on my way to work and my car died. I called Honest-1 and I spoke to the owner, Leighton. He immediately called a tow truck for me and assured me that they would assess my vehicle and figure out what could be wrong. That afternoon, he called me back and let me know that my starter had died and what the cost would be. I approved the repair. my car was diagnosed, the repair was complete and ready for pick-up by the end of my work day. Thank you Honest-1 for getting me back on the road.
