Honest-1 Auto Care Center is an excellent place to have your car service. I have a peace of mind about leaving my car in there hands for servicing. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that the service. They will not sell you anything that you will not need. Hence the name of the business.

The manager Andre was very professional and polite. I brought my car in for warranty repairs through CarMax. It was a complicated repair and it took some time to complete but that was not their fault as the parts were difficult to obtain. Andre and his team kept me in the loop and worked with me to get the car done and back in perfect condition. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable shop. It’s difficult to find shops like these. Go check them out!

The name says it all, very honest care is what you find here. I came in for a list of reasons concerning my vehicle, thinking about how much all of it could total to. End result was that they saved me at about $200 I'm service that I didn't need. They attempted to replicate my issues and remedied a fix for it. Even after doing so, they wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the solution and that it solved the problems I was experiencing beforehand. So, they had me go on a drive with their master tech, and I was surprised to see that the issue was greatly diminished. It was a rumbling with the tires that I could feel to the steering wheel, seats, and floorboards which only needed the right tire pressure on both sides as the remedy. It is easy to see how any other place could have charged me a wheel alignment, tire balancing, and more in this situation just to scam me out of more money than the job called for, especially when I asked for it to begin with. All-in-all, great people with great service and great ethics. They definitely live up to their name in honesty.
