Wonderful, fast and honest service.

Both of my headlights went out. The last time this happened I was quoted over $300 for the labor somewhere else because they claimed they had to take a lot of parts apart to change the bulbs. Here they replaced the lights with no issues and definitely didn’t pay no where near $300 for the “labor”.

Reasonable prices. They did the oil change and tire rotation ; they do an inspection to the vehicle for free, and inform you in an email what they find with pictures of all deficiencies. Very good service.

I went in for overheating problem I was told they checked out the system thoroughly and was told problem was corrected. Maybe 10 minutes of leaving the shop noticed guage was reading a high temperature above normal temperature for my car. Upon reaching home car was leaking coolant. I asked them did they change thermostat he informed me he did not. This disappointed me. So I questioned did they pressure test the system he claimed he did but I seriously doubt it. I had used this same franchise in Ormond Beach and was totally satisfied. The bottom line is, they might have rushed to complete the work on my car but I feel was a little careless. From this point forward I will not be using the branch in Orlando. I will even pay for mileage to take my vehicle back to Honest One of Ormond Beach. 😏

I recently visited Honest-1 for some repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was significantly overcharged for the work that was done. When I received the bill, I was shocked to see that the total was much higher than the estimate I was given. When I questioned the charges, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and did not offer any explanation for the additional fees. Overall, my experience with Honest-1 was very disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair and transparent pricing. In my opinion, they take advantage of their customers by charging exorbitant fees without providing any justification or explanation. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic, I suggest you look elsewhere.
