Terrible experience. They try and scam you and on top of service that they provide they charge almost $200 to see what the problem is. That’s not honest if you ask me. Losers

The team at Honest-1 Auto Care replaced my front brake rotors and cleaned my fuel injectors with great efficiency, and I felt that the quality of the work was good. The staff were also friendly and professional, and I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and provide additional information about the work they were doing. However, when I checked out, I was shocked to receive a $180 quote to replace a wheel stud. This was significantly higher than I had expected, and it made me realize that the overall cost of the services provided was much higher than what I would typically pay at the local family-owned shops I usually go to. I felt that the total cost of over $700 for the work done was overpriced, especially compared to what I've paid for similar services at other shops. In conclusion, while I appreciate the speed and friendliness of the staff at Honest-1 Auto Care, I would caution others to be aware of the potentially high costs associated with their services. If you're looking for a more affordable option, I would recommend checking out a family-owned shop like The Master in Kissimmee, which may be able to provide similar services at a more reasonable price.

Excellent customer service. Carlos communicated with me every step of the way. Detailed inspection report was sent by email and there was NO surprise charges. My car was worked on diligently and on a timely manner. Very happy with overall service!
