I bought my Honda at CarMax and this is one of their recommended repair shops. I brought my car to them because it was having trouble starting. The mechanic took a look and said, "Looks like you have a bad battery, and it's the original from the factory. Is your car still under manufacturer's warranty?" I said, "Yes, I think so." He said, "There's a Honda dealership right up the street, if you take it there they will replace the battery for free if your car is still under warranty." He was right! I tell this story because he could have installed a new battery himself and charged me for it, but instead he helped me save some money and proved that this shop lives up to the "Honest" in their name. I've been taking my car here ever since. Keep up the great work, you guys - me and my little Honda thank you!
