I visited Honest1 courtesy of a tow by AAA. I was nervous as I’m a young woman & never know what to expect, or how I might be dealt with at an auto shop. I dealt with Andro & his customer service was amazing! He was extremely thorough in trying to find the cause of the problem on my vehicle, and very helpful in giving me all my options to solve my issue. I felt safe getting back on the road and I will be returning for my vehicle needs.

The service was excellent. The tech did a thorough service of my car. He pointed out what needed to be done in the future regarding the brakes. They gave me an estimate of the cost for the repair. I highly recommend Honest 1 for your auto repair.

Took my car in for a tire patch. They found it didn’t puncture. Definitely satisfied with their customer service.

The staff and technicians are great couldn't be more happier with their service and knowledge. They took the time to look over my vehicle and let me know I had a coolant leak from a hose. That could have cost me down the road but they were honest and upfront about it. To take care of it thanks guys. Definitely referring friends and family.
