Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I would not recommend going to this location. The manager and owner were rude. They both ignored, my request. The owner yelled at me and tried to Bully me. I videotaped and recorded the whole thing. They did honor my discount. My complaint was they wanted to charge me for diagnostic after they repaired my car. I have never heard of that. Usually, if repair is done that fee is waived. They did that when my car was repaired there years ago. I paid $647.00 after they waive the diagnostic of $99.. STAY AWAY. Read other reviews

Great auto body shop, very friendly and fast. Observant technicians, had a 30,000.00 mile check and found and issue with breaks I would have not been aware of otherwise. Flexibility with scheduling and all around very pleased!

Not please of the work done on my car cost me $1700USD and work was needing properly that all screws from brakes fell out along with shoe pad . The owner was tried to have it fix however we are still having issues which causes me to drive 35 min back and forth to see what's removing on

The most dishonest people I’ve ever been too / don’t go here - they will take advantage of you if your a good person. Very unprofessional and fake.

The guys at Honest-1 Auto Care were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the repair and what to expect. Patrick and Andro at the front desk were excellent. I even asked questions about other repairs they performed and received excellent information. They have a very nice waiting area- clean, tv's , kid's play area and wi-fi.. I waited there for the repairs to be done but they do offer a shuttle service.. I definitely will return for any future car repairs.
