My overal experience with this company was not great. After having my Jeep for 5 days they decided not to do the work and then didn’t even bother to call to inform me. So the day b4 we were to pick up the Jeep I called to check on progress and was told that because my husband asked about warranty on the $2500 of engine work they were doing they declined to finish the work. Then because they took my engine apart they wanted me to pay them more than double the cost they quoted me for telling me what the problem was. So they still beat me for $350 with zero work done to my Jeep. It was an awful experience. I wish I could say different. On another note the employees seemed very nice. I guess that’s how we got talked into agreeing to trust them with our vehicle.
We understand your frustration, however, our communications have been with your husband, and he was kept abreast of the situation throughout the process. We recommended an engine replacement, but your husband wanted us to do a riskier repair and wanted us to assume all liabilities. Hence, we respectfully declined, and you were charged appropriately for the diagnostics that were approved.
