This a great place to take your vehicle for service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service advisor, Eric Gonzalez, took care of me. After I told him what I wanted done to my car, he explained how much it will cost and how long it will take. It so happens that they had a sale on the items that was being done on my car. After the car was finished being worked on, Eric went over what was done to the car. The price was very reasonable and satisfying. This is one auto repair shop where I feel comfortable of not being ripped off or being sold one service that I didn't need. I highly recommend Honest 1 Auto Care for your next vehicle service. I have had my Saturn LS1 since brand new in 2000, & have only trusted my dealership(Saturn, then Chevrolet) to ever service it. Decided to try Honest 1 out since they are very close to my home, & was pleasantly surprised at the service & friendliness of the whole staff. I was in a rush to get an oil change before my long travel and stopped here and they took care of it immediately. Eric and Woody were professional, friendly, with a clean, welcoming atmosphere with great hospitality. I felt right at home. Highly recommend them.

I stopped by without an appointment and got my car aligned and the oil changed in less than an hour and a half. Not only was the service quick, I also got an honest second opinion on my tires after being told that I would need to get new ones ASAP.
