Great service at competitive prices. I brought my car in for a second opinion on my rear shocks, plus I told them there was some vibration in my brakes as I came to a stop. They did a road test (very nice touch) and found the problem. I was tight on money, but they have a great financing program that allowed me to do the repairs and keep my car safe! Though they didnt have the part on site, they were able to get it that day and still have my car fixed and back to me by the days end. Decided to visit honest-1 auto care today due to their good reviews on their website. I can honestly say the reviews are correct. I came in for an oil change and brake inspection. Needed to have brakes replaced. Eric took care of me as I walked in. They were very helpful, performed a free inspection on the brakes and were able to let me know what was going on right away. They even showed me the parts and hardware that was damaged on my brakes which needed repair. They were fast, honest, and professional and had me back on the road the same day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing honest auto care.

Had the pleasure of working with Woody and Leighton for our 2004 Mercedes s430. Dealership quoted almost 10K for repairs stacking labor charges etc...plus identifies issues that were not required. Woody checked everything out with a fine tooth comb based on dealer list. Did only the work the car needed without wasting our time or money. Got all the work done for 2K right away. Will only trust and work with this Honest 1 for all our vehicles. Kindness and respect was more than icing on the cake. ♡
