Our car overheated just as we were leaving Orlando, with a 1200-mile drive in front of us. AAA towed us to Honest-1 right at the end of their work day, but they got our car into the system and ready to be looked at first thing the next morning. The owner was very kind and even drove us (and our luggage!) to a nearby hotel on his way home, so we didn't have to get a taxi. Amazing! Mechanics diagnosed the problem and had the vehicle ready for the road by mid-afternoon the next day, AND they gave me a ride from the hotel to the shop to pick up the car. The total cost was actually just a little less than the estimate they had given us, so all good there. We made our long journey back home without any further problems. Cannot say enough good about the staff or the service.

Amazing customer service. I went alone with my three children and had a very pleasing time while I waited to have my oil changed, they have a play area for kids and a VERY CLEAN changing table in restroom. As a mom I was sooo happy to see this. Not only that, they were not very pushy trying to sell me other services like often occurs when I go to these places. Eric G., I believe he is manager, was very courteous and honest and made sure we were all comfortable while we waited. I would rather pay a few extra bucs for the great service anytime, although have to mention prices are very reasonable compared to other places in area.

First things first I was intrigued because I was looking for a place with a professional feel like a dealership but without the worry of feeling service was gonna be overpriced. I came across pictures on yelp and felt it look very clean and professional in the waiting area. When I arrived it was just like the pictures and more. The staff is friendly to the point you feel you’re talking to family. I needed a oil change along with getting a new battery and getting my AC checked. They repaired everything for less than what I was quoted at the dealership and offered free shuttle so while the repairs were happening I was still able to run errands. I feel they go above and beyond customer served and will definitely be back!
