Ray at the front desk was very uncomfortable with the color of my skin if he can not do his job and give outstanding customer service to all customer races he doesn’t need one

i use to come here for years for my oil change or anything that can be wrong with my car & the last time i got my oil done they fucked up my oil pan and cracked it but ofc they wont admit that shit because its money they are losing ... So people if your some how losing oil check your oil pan because itll cost you about 1k to fix it :)

However, to blame us for damage to your oil pan eight months later seems a bit unfair. I would also agree with you that $1,000 to repair/replace the oil pan is quite a bit much. My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not starting so I had a tow truck take it to Honest-1 since they are AAA approved. I knew the issue was the starter and I explained to Jason that's all my vehicle needed so as to bypass having to have a diagnostic done. I'm appreciative that Jason did not pressure me to have one done since that is what a lot of shops tend to do to get more money out of the customer. I also appreciate how clean their customer waiting and shop area is. My vehicle was ready when promised and for an affordable repair cost which included a 10% discount as a AAA member. I will definitely return to Honest-1 for any future repairs or maintenance.

Sorry but was there 2 and half hrs for a oil change will not go by sorry

After going in because a coolant line needed to be replaced ($400) I drove across town and the engine overheated. Turns out they left a clamp on one of the lines and it came off. It drained my vehicle of coolant. They want $1100 to repair it now. Claiming it needs a new thermostat ($30 from Nissan), fan clutch motor ($80), and new coolant. That's almost $1000 in labor.

James, we understand your frustrations, however, the repair was done two weeks prior and vehicle driven without any issues. If the clamp was left off as stated, the hose would have blown off as soon as the pressure was built up in the motor and not two weeks later. The clamp did not hold because of the additional things we found two weeks after the previous service was performed - we made our recommendations and you declined to have the service performed.
