Even though I came home to find a valve cap was not replaced during my tire rotation, my car was serviced in a reasonable time period with plenty of entertainment going on in the office/waiting room. (I has a spare valve cap at the house.)

Woody was fantastic. Did a great job of educating my daughter on what happens to the car when you hit the curbs repeatedly. Really knew how to talk with her and get his point across. Also learned not to over fill the gas tank. The facility was very clean and the bathroom would impress any woman. My daughter will be back for any future needs and so will I. While driving in Orlando my car began to experience trouble when accelerating, to the point my husband had to pull into a parking lot and I called AAA. I'm so thankful for their recommendation and that the garage was only 2 miles from us. We were immediately assisted by Woody who did a diagnostic test and determined we needed new spark plugs and coils. While waiting we were offered snacks, water, coffee and even set us up with charging cords for our cell phones. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and no garage smell at all!!! All staff is very friendly and genuinely want to take care of you. We were given a complimentary ride home as the parts would be some time once ordered and repairs completed. We live some distance but they had an employee available to get us home. So appreciated!!! Definitely recommend Honest 1and even consider the drive there for any future repairs!!!!

Woody and his team were the best! They went over my car , made recommendations and took care of my problems. I thought at a fair price for the amount of work that was needed.
