I received a mailer and decided to go in for the year end oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when I was met in the parking lot promptly and was taken care of immediately!The customer sevice is top-notch as well as the maintenance staff who escorted me to my vehicle and showed me where my vehicle needed minor service. This is "The new go-to" place for any vehicle service needs.

I made an appointment for 0700 and I got there 15 minutes early. The owner (Leighton)saw me out in the parking lot he unlocked the doors and started the paperwork immediately I was in a time crunch and had to be at work for a meeting at 0800 and they made it happen . They where so professional and they also dropped me off at work in their courtesy car and when they found other problems they prioritized the repairs and gave me options on what needed to be addressed immediately due to safety and what could wait I didn't hesitate not one bit I had all the trust in them.after the repair was completed they even offered to pick me up from work.Yes I said pick me up from work. The level of service was outstanding when I arrived to pick up my truck the owner and the tech went over the repairs with me and explained why the other repairs needed to be done and has saved me a lot of money because it would have ruined my tires had they not informed me of the other issues. Honest One has a customer for life and I would recommend this location to anyone needing an honest shop. Thank you Leighton

I was very pleased at the way we were treated. Everything was explained very clearly with a definite distinction between what was necessary and what was optional but recommended. Not only were the future recommendations explained but each was given a cost estimate. We definitely will be back in the future!

Awesome place...staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable. They jacked up my truck...checked everything from top to bottom. They then took me out to the shop and showed me everything he looked at. My truck was in great shape and he told he that . No B.S from them. Highly recommended if you are looking for a no nonsense shop !!!

I brought my Infiniti SUV for service and I was so impress with the customer service. The place is clean and well decorated. When it comes to automotive service, Trust comes before anything and everything else. If you don't trust in shop management, their skill in making repairs you may or may not need is immaterial. I trust these guys 100%.
