Got a coupon in the mail for Honest-1 so I wanted to check them out because I needed an oil change. When I got there, the atmosphere was great and the staff were wonderful. I also asked them to check my front brakes because I felt something wasn't right. Woody took me out to the garage area and showed me how bad the brakes were and showed me the back brake cylinders were also bad. I'm so glad I came in when I did. They fixed it within a few hours and I was comfortable in the waiting room with free drinks and snacks if I wanted. They had WiFi to use and TV if you wanted to watch it. Best experience I've had in a long time and I would trust my car with them anytime I need work done. I will be going back.

Excellent customer service from calling to get appointment to driving off!!!!. Woody is an awesome people person. He takes the time to explain in details Inspection results and whats required if additional services are needed. Will be a repeat customer and will recommend Honest 1 to family and friends. ( Great snacks)

The day started with the car breaking down and from being from out of town I definitely turned to the right people at Honest 1 Auto Care. The ENTIRE staff could not have been more helpful in a very stressful situation. Everyone was very friendly and did everything in their power to help me out. Definitely the place to go for auto care when in Orlando.

Excellent service. Only received recommendations on service actually needed. Service is explained before any work is done and the customer can see exactly why the service is needed. Prices are very good. Great customer service.

Excellent walk in service for an oil change. No high pressure up-sales for "suggested" items. all in all a pleasant experience for a better than average price. This is now my go-to place for my auto needs.
