This place was awesome! Very professional, clean, well kept, reasonably priced. I appreciate the staff taking the time to explain what was being done with my vehicle and actually showed me what was wrong with it. They gave me options and were completely honest and upfront. They definitely live up to their name and I would gladly recommend this business to others. Will certainly be returning to do business with them again 😊

They service was great! Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable while I waited for HOURS, due to the extensive service being done to my car, but the atmosphere was pleasing. Andre, service manager, was very kind and informative and was very calm and cool about everything and it really helped me to be more accepting to the service. For me, if customer service is excellent, it doesn't matter the cost, because I value great customer service over money. Although, I'm always trying to save a dollar too, but excellent customer tops that and Andre was the epitome of that. The machanics were very nice and friendly and gave excellent care to the needs of my car, my baby! Overall, I was very please. I would recommend Honest 1 Auto Care to my family and friends. Excellent work performance on my car

Brought my 2003 Liberty here after a catastrophic suspension failure at speed. (I had been given a bad opinion by a different Honest-1 location about the viability of my suspension.) Andre and the rest of the team were very helpful and finished the work very quickly (and graciously worked with me on price because of the circumstances of my issue).
